Return, Refund & Cancellation

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” on products we sell which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and credit amount back to the paid mode, hence in case paid via credit/ debit / UPI/or other wallet mode then amount will be deposited accordingly into respective within 5 to 7 working days.

There can be and will be, from time to time changes in the Returns, Refund and Cancellation policy. The latest policy shall always supersede all previous policies.

Cancellation by Customer

You, as a customer, can cancel your product order partially or fully anytime up to the cut-off time by moving it out for shipped. In case of order is shipped then there would be cancellation charges applicable as notified in the App from time to time after the request is accepted by our service vendors and order status is shipped. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
